mynokiablog, say they have found this image  from Singapore, indicating per-order availabilities.You get a free Bluetooth headset apparently. its printed right below the image. Something which the Nokia N8 users, who pre ordered it got a free Nokia Bluetooth headset. Hope the headset is NFC.

At WIMA in Monaco, Jean-Benoît Charreton, President of Snapp, who introduced  to a fantastic application called FidMe, which I’m you are immediately going to start shopping on mobile with loyalty cards.

Here’s the deal: FidMe lets you carry all your loyalty cards on your mobile phone. You read the bar code on the loyalty card with your phone, and it’s stored in the app. It doesn’t require anything from the retailers that already have loyalty cards in place.

If small retailers wish to add their punch cards on FidMe, they can register their business on the service for free and print an NFC tag that customers can tap to get their rewards. If your phone doesn’t have NFC, you can alternatively scan the QR code.

If your loyalty card is missing from the list, you can suggest it to FidMe. What’s really interesting is that FidMe uses GPS to determine your current location and see what kind of reward cards available in your immediate surroundings. You may be able to get a stamp card without even going to the shop!

According to Jean-Benoît, FidMe is the only app that supports both large retailers’ loyalty cards as well as punch cards from smaller shops. It’s available across all of Nokia’s platforms (Windows Phone, Symbian, MeeGo and Series 40). More than one million people are currently using it with seven different languages in 80 countries.

The new FidMe version 3 for NFC-enabled Symbian smartphones is now available on Nokia Store.

When Nokia announced the Nokia 808 PureView at Mobile World Congress 2012, it immediately won the award for the best new mobile handset at the event. Now, Nokia has also been awarded the Best Imaging Innovation for Nokia PureView technology in the TIPA Awards 2012.

Congratulations Nokia 808 PureView and the Nokia Team behind the great Camera phone.

The Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) started in 1991 as a non-profit association with the goal of finding the best photo and video product, and awarding it for its excellence.

When asked as to what makes Nokia PureView worthy of this prestigious award, a spokesperson at TIPA said:

In the 808 PureView incarnation we appreciated the extra large sensor – by camera phone standards (1/1.2 inch) – with the huge 41MP resolution and the ingenious way this resolution is exploited (by oversampling) to supply lossless zooming. In this way Nokia has overcome one of the main drawbacks of camera phones, i.e. unsatisfactory performance with zoom.

Finally Nokia Got a good Online Ad on the New Nokia 808 PureView mobile. Hope to see in on the TV too. As this ad shows alot about the PureView Tech in the mobile. Unlike how they only advertise the Windows phone day and Night on the TV ( Which Bugs me alot).

We got News, this may be leaked or a fan made device not sure. But the Image says its a nokia device with a 41 mp camera. And this reminds us of the Nokia PureView Tech.Yea, many don`t like the design , count me in too. Hope the shape changes. But it does look fake, as the xenon flash is on the curved surface. which is not possible to have.

the specs we have a 4.3″ curved glass with HD resolution (720p I guess). It shares the same 41MP camera module as the Nokia 808 PureView. There is 1080p video recording along with Nokia’s Rich Recording Technology. The processor is a dual core with Adeno 320 GPU. Interestingly the only dual core SoC with Adeno 320 is Qualcomm MSM8960 Pro (Snapdragon S4) with 1.5GHz dual core Krait processor.

Looks like the Conversations Nokia, just got their Nokia 808 PureView. Lucky people. Bad for me i won`t get it early even after its out in the market, but will stick to Nokia N8, hoping to get the Nokia 808 PureView soon.

This week, we’ve been the proud owners of a couple of Nokia 808 PureViews. We’ve sent them to the studio so they can spend some time under the spotlight so that we can get to know this new new super-camerphone better.

The Nokia 808 PureView features the 41-megapixel sensor, Carl Zeiss optics, and Nokia’s pixel oversampling technology.

Oversampling means that taking typically sized shots (5 megapixels) the camera can combine up to seven pixels into one “pure” pixel, eliminating the noise found on other mobile phone cameras. And you can zoom in 3X without losing any detail.

The Nokia 808 PureView is the world’s first video recording device to allow recording without distortion at audio levels beyond the capability of human hearing – so you can capture stereo CD-like audio in the worst environments. Its suppose to record levels of 140dB. Yes no Jokes

The PureView also has high-definition Dolby Digital Plus 5.1-channel surround sound which plays on HDTVs, and home theatre systems. Rumors say they will give  Dolby Headphone with the nokia 808 pureview.

A 1.3GHz processor,  16GB of internal user memory, with support for MicroSD cards up to 32GB  for all your pictures and video.
